Initial Evaluation
We begin with an unhurried physician-led intake to understand your health history, goals, lifestyle, risk factors, and what has been missed or fragmented in prior care. This conversation is designed to be more thorough than anything you've encountered in standard care — and to leave you feeling genuinely heard.
The intake covers more than a checklist of conditions. These four dimensions shape what the rest of the plan even looks like.
Medical history
Personal medical history, family history, prior surgeries, and every medication and supplement you actually take — with dose and duration. We read the whole record, not just the active problem list, and reconcile what's on the chart with what's in your cabinet.
Lifestyle
Sleep architecture and consistency. Alcohol. Movement outside of training. Nutrition patterns and relationship with food. Work intensity, travel, family load. The actual day, not the idealized one.
Exposure
Smoking and vaping history. Alcohol intake honestly accounted for. Occupational and environmental exposures — past and present. The cumulative inputs that change risk in ways standard testing doesn't always show.
Purpose & Meaning
What you're optimizing your health for. Relationships, work that matters, things you want to still be doing in 20 years. Stress and how you metabolize it. Identity and the sense of direction that makes the plan stick — or not.
Advanced Diagnostics
Your evaluation may include comprehensive labs, DEXA, VO2 max testing, sleep study, cardiometabolic markers, hormone panel, and optional imaging such as coronary artery calcium score or MRI when appropriate. These aren't tests for the sake of tests — each one answers a specific clinical question and gives you data you can actually act on.
Nutrition & Performance Assessment
A dietitian and performance specialist translate your physiology, schedule, training history, and recovery patterns into practical inputs the physician integrates into the plan. You'll leave with a framework that matches your body and your real life — not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
Nutrition Strategy
Personalized nutrition strategy built around glucose control, body composition, inflammation, energy demands, and the realities of your schedule.
Performance Planning
Strength, mobility, zone-based conditioning, and recovery programming coordinated with your physiology rather than generic fitness trends.
Personalized Plan
This is the moment everything comes together. Your physician reviews every finding with you — in plain language, without rushing — and delivers a strategy focused on the highest-value priorities surfaced by your workup. The plan is built around what your data actually showed and what matters most for your specific situation. You leave with more clarity about your health than you've ever had — a plan that's specific, sequenced, and yours.
The plan is documented in the Executive Health Report — a physician-authored record scored across up to nine health areas, reflecting the diagnostics included in your chosen workup, with a prioritized 90-day action plan built from your data.
Ongoing Optimization
Every evaluation closes with a 90-day physician review — included for every patient, regardless of tier. That check-in is the baseline: a scheduled moment to review what moved, what didn't, and what the next phase looks like. For those who want continued involvement beyond that, Foundation and Optimize membership extends the support — more frequent physician touchpoints, ongoing nutrition and performance refinement, and Health Authorship follow-ups at 6 and 12 months as your goals evolve.
